These are short, energizing Misogi Classes, centering on the traditional Aikido purification practice of Shin Kokyu (a combined practice of meditation, movement, visualization, and breathing). Classes include information and various methods of spiritual practice relevant to Aikido and the teachings of O-Sensei. Friday’s class includes a "Misogi Voices" section with comments and sharing by class members. These Online classes are open to all interested students from around the world, on a donation basis.
